The room (Jr Suite) was amazing. so much space and a lovely view of the canals below. the lounge area was nice to relax whilst not using the bed. the bathroom facilities were very spacious and comfortable. great spa. the windows allowed us to get some fresh air and view the nightlife. great location close to water taxi pickup spot to the airport.

The Location was perfect. The full authenticity of being in central Venice without the crowds. After being there for 3 days both my wife and I agree that we couldn't have chosen a better spot or hotel. Everything was no further than a 5 - 10 minute walk. Friendly, Helpful, Clean. Spot on and most importantly the Air con, which was a welcome relief from the midday temperatures and crowds if you are wanting to go during the height of summer. Tip, Go for one of the front canal view rooms, the views and sounds are straight out of a film!

We were given a ground floor room as requested, the staff were very informative and friendly. The bathroom was a great size and nice shower. Over all the place was super clean and tidy, and smart decor. We did not eat at the restaurant attached however we’re offered 10% off if we did which is great. We liked the digital door entry system you could press do not disturb which is handy. The location is amazing right in the centre not far from st marks square. And plenty of places to eat and grab souvenirs.

What a fantastic hotel, our room was very large with a very large beautifully decorated bathroom.The room had good sized wardrobe, separate shelving area, very comfortable huge bed, good size mini bar seating area with table and chairs and a beautiful standing balcony. The location is perfect you can stand and watch the gondolas go past.Very vibrant area lots of shops ,restaurants bars etc and minutes from vaporetto stop and St Marks square.Breakfast was very good excellent coffee and hotel had own restaurant were you get discount as resident and the food is excellent, try the tuna and prawns. Staff were very helpful and really friendly. A gem of a hotel.

Hotel is in a perfect location. Five minutes walk to St Marks square and more importantly access to all the water taxis and Vaporetto services. It made it so easy to pop across and visit other islands off the lagoon. There is also a ticket office on the waterside selling journeys by boat to the train station or direct to the airport. Quite something to return to the airport via the water. The boat takes you straight into the airport itself. The hotel was clean and we had a huge bedroom on the 2nd floor with an amazing Venetian painted ceiling. The bathroom was also very large and roomy with a bath, overhead shower cubicle and a jet shower. Very well appointed. The breakfast was good. All the usual continental foods on offer plus bacon scrambled eggs and sausage. The best cup of breakfast coffee we have had all holiday. Made freshly for you from the coffee machine on the bar. The hotel is in a quiet street with a gondola stop straight outside the hotel front door. You cant ask for better than that

Location, Location, Location. Next to that, after breakfast we left a handbag/purse outside, which was immediately returned to our hotelroom. For 5 persons, we booked 1 room with a view (room 206) which is a recommendation!

Definitely the bathroom and shower was the highlight of the room. With one standing shower and one jacuzzi bathtub, it certainly stood out even higher than a 5 star hotel. The room also had a Venice type look and decoration. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved the rooms, we had a junior sweet and after travelling all day and unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great we had a lovely jacuzzi bath to finish our night off and wind down! Absolutely lovely & the beds were super comfortable.
